Traxxas engineers wanted to be sure the transmission, driveline, and chassis were ready to take on extreme power, so they devised a way to harness not one, but two modified Velineon VXL-3s power systems into a single E-Maxx. Crazy? Maybe. But the result was 50+ mph of evil, tire-searing horsepower, rolling wheelies at 40+ mph, explosive torque anywhere, and the most abusive driveline testing imaginable. The new E-Maxx withstood the punishment without breaking a sweat, so it's ready for you to take one and explore the outer limits of extreme power.
Note:
Do not attempt. The VXL-3s speed controls and motors were modified to allow dual ESC operation.

Really, the only maintenance a brushless electric truck needs is oil on the motor and axle bearings once and a while, and if a part on the truck breaks, replace it. Literally, thats it. Just plug in and go.
